Marvelous God (Notes from Psalm 98)

God described as :
           Marvelous, Victorious, Holy, Saviour, Righteous, Merciful, Faithful, The King, Judge. (:1-2, 6, 9)

Deeds of God:
          He has done marvelous things;
          His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the victory.
          The Lord has made known His salvation;
          His righteousness He has revealed in the sight of the nations.
          He has remembered His mercy and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; (1-3)
          He is coming to judge the earth. With righteousness He shall judge the world, and the peoples with equity. (:9)

Godly practices :
         sing to the Lord a new song! (:1)
         Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth;
         Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.
         Sing to the Lord with the harp, With the harp and the sound of a psalm, With trumpets and the sound of a horn; Shout joyfully before the Lord, the King.
         Let the sea roar, and all its fullness,
         The world and those who dwell in it;
         Let the rivers clap their hands;
         Let the hills be joyful together before the Lord, (:4-8)

         

          

దేవుని కాపుదల (కీర్తనలు 97 నుండి ధ్యానము)

దేవునిగూర్చిన వర్ణన :
           రాజులకు రాజు, నీతిమంతుడు, న్యాయవంతుడు, సర్వలోకనాధుడు, మహిమగల దేవుడు, భూలోకమంతటికి పైగా మహోన్నతుడు,  సమస్త దేవతలకు పైగా అత్యధికమైన ఔన్న త్యము పొందియున్నదేవుడు, యధార్థవంతుడు, పరిశుద్ధుడు. (:1,2,6,9,11,12)

విశ్వాసులు :

        సీయోను నివాసులు ... నీ న్యాయవిధులనుబట్టి సంతోషించుచున్నారు యూదా కుమార్తెలు ఆనందించుచున్నారు. 

     యెహోవాను ప్రేమించువారలారా, చెడుతనమును అసహ్యించుకొనుడి.

      నీతిమంతులారా, యెహోవాయందు సంతోషించుడి ఆయన పరిశుద్ధనామమునుబట్టి ఆయనకు కృతజ్ఞతా స్తుతులు చెల్లించుడి.  (:8, 10, 12)

విగ్రహారాధన:

         వ్యర్థ విగ్రహములనుబట్టి అతిశయపడుచు చెక్కిన ప్రతిమలను పూజించువారందరు సిగ్గుపడు దురు సకలదేవతలు ఆయనకు నమస్కారము చేయును.  (:7)

దేవుని వాగ్ధనములు:

               తన భక్తుల ప్రాణములను ఆయన కాపాడుచున్నాడు. భక్తిహీనులచేతిలోనుండి ఆయన వారిని విడిపించును. 

             నీతిమంతులకొరకు వెలుగును యథార్థహృదయులకొరకు ఆనందమును విత్తబడి యున్నవి. (:11)

Preserved by God (Notes from Psalm 97)

Description about God:
         the King of kings,the Lord of the whole earth, Righteous, Just, the Most High over all the earth; Exalted far above all gods. Upright, Holy God. (:1,2,5,6,9,11,12)

Believers:
      Zion hears and is glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoice because of Your judgments, O Lord.
     You who love the Lord, hate evil!
     Rejoice in the Lord, you righteous,
     give thanks at the remembrance of His Holy Name. (:8,10-12)


Idolatry:
         Let all be put to shame who serve carved images, who boast of idols. Worship Him, all you gods. (:7)


Promises : 
         He preserves the souls of His saints;
         He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
         Light is sown for the righteous,
         And gladness for the upright in heart. (:8,10,11)

దేవుని సన్నిధిని వణకుడి (కీర్తనలు 96 నుండి ధ్యానము)

దేవునిగూర్చిన వర్ణన :
                యెహోవా మహాత్మ్యముగలవాడు ఆయన అధికస్తోత్రము పొందతగినవాడు సమస్త దేవతలకంటెను ఆయన పూజనీయుడు.
               జనముల దేవతలందరు వట్టి విగ్రహములే యెహోవా ఆకాశవిశాలమును సృజించినవాడు.
               ఘనతాప్రభావములు ఆయన సన్నిధిని ఉన్నవి బలసౌందర్యములు ఆయన పరిశుద్ధస్థలములో ఉన్నవి.  (:4-6)
                పరిశుద్ధుడు, న్యాయవంతుడు, విశ్వాస్యతగల దేవుడు (:9,13)

ఆత్మీయ అభ్యాసములు:

                  యెహోవామీద పాడుడి, ఆయన నామమును స్తుతించుడి 

                  అనుదినము ఆయన రక్షణసువార్తను ప్రకటించుడి. 

                 అన్యజనులలో ఆయన మహిమను ప్రచురించుడి 

                 సమస్త జనములలో ఆయన ఆశ్చర్యకార్యములను ప్రచురించుడి  (:2,3)

                 మహిమబలములు యెహోవాకు చెల్లించుడి. 

                 యెహోవా నామమునకు తగిన మహిమ ఆయనకు చెల్లించుడి 

                  నైవేద్యము తీసికొని ఆయన ఆవరణములలోనికి రండి. 

                  పరిశుద్ధాలంకారములు ధరించుకొని యెహోవాకు నమస్కారముచేయుడి 

                  సర్వభూజనులారా, ఆయన సన్నిధిని వణకుడి.  (:7-9)

ప్రభువుయొక్క రెండవ రాకడ :

                   భూజనులకు తీర్పు తీర్చుటకై యెహోవా వేంచేయు చున్నాడు న్యాయమునుబట్టి లోకమునకు తన విశ్వాస్యతను బట్టి జనములకు ఆయన తీర్పు తీర్చును.  (:13)

స్పంధన:

           యెహోవా వేంచేయుచున్నాడు ఆకాశము సంతోషించునుగాక 

           భూమి ఆనందించును గాక సముద్రమును దాని సంపూర్ణతయు ఘోషించునుగాక. 

           పొలమును దానియందుగల సర్వమును యెహోవా సన్నిధిని ప్రహర్షించునుగాక. 

           వనవృక్షములన్నియు ఉత్సాహధ్వని చేయునుగాక. (:11,12)

ఆయన రెండవ రాకడనుగూర్చిన వార్త నీకు సంతోషము, ఆనందము, ప్రహర్షము, ఉత్సాహము కలిగించుచున్నదా ? అలాగైతే నీవు దేవునితో సరియైన సంబంధముకలిగియున్నావనుటకు సూచన. అలాగు లేనట్లైతే ఈనాడే దేవునితో సరియైన సంబంధము కలిగియుండుటకు ఆయన సహాయముతో నీ హృదయమును సరిచేసుకొనుము.

Tremble before God (Notes from Psalm 96)

Description of God: 
                  the Lord is great and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods. The Lord made the heavens. Honor and majesty are before Him; Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary. (4-6)
Holy, Righteous, Truthful.  (:9,13)

Godly practices:
       Sing to the Lord, bless His name;
       Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.
       Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples. (:1-3)
       Give to the Lord glory and strength. Give to the Lord the glory due His name;
       Bring an offering, and come into His courts.
       Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness!
       Tremble before Him, all the earth. (:7-9)

A reminder of His Second Coming:
          He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth.
          He shall judge the world with righteousness,
          And the peoples with His truth. (:13)

Expected reaction:
              Let the heavens rejoice,
              and let the earth be glad;
              Let the sea roar, and all its fullness;
              Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it.  (:11,12)

Is the news of the Second coming Christ making you to rejoice, be glad and joyful ? Then its a sign that you are in right relationship with God. Otherwise, right now seek God's help to set your heart right with Him.

మహా దేవుడు (కీర్తనలు 95 నుండి ధ్యానము)

దేవుని గూర్చిన వర్ణన:
        రక్షణ దుర్గము, మహా దేవుడు, దేవతలందరికి పైన మహాత్మ్యముగల మహారాజు, సృష్ఠికర్త, నిర్మాణకుడు, (:1-7)కాపరి.


ఆత్మీయ అభ్యాసములు:
         మన రక్షణ దుర్గమునుబట్టి సంతోషగానము చేయు దము, 
        కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులతో ఆయన సన్నిధికి వచ్చెదము 
        కీర్తనలు పాడుచు ఆయన పేరట సంతోషగానము చేయుదము. 
        నమస్కారము చేసి సాగిలపడుదము మనలను సృజించిన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని మోకరించుదము  (:1, 2, 7)


నేర్చుకొనవలసిన పాఠము:
నేడు మీరు ఆయన మాట నంగీకరించినయెడల ఎంత మేలు. 
అరణ్యమందు మెరీబాయొద్ద మీరు కఠినపరచుకొని నట్లు మస్సాదినమందు మీరు కఠినపరచుకొనినట్లు మీ హృదయములను కఠినపరచుకొనకుడి. 
అచ్చట మీ పితరులు నన్ను పరీక్షించి శోధించి నా కార్యములు చూచిరి 
నలువది ఏండ్లకాలము ఆ తరమువారివలన నేను విసికి వారు హృదయమున తప్పిపోవు ప్రజలు వారు నా మార్గములు తెలిసికొనలేదని అనుకొంటిని. 
 కావున నేను కోపించివీరెన్నడును నా విశ్రాంతిలో ప్రవేశింపకూడదని ప్రమాణము చేసితిని. (:7-11)

ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలు దేవుని మాటకులోబడక హృదయమును కఠినపర్చుకొనుటద్వారా, దేవునిని పరిక్షించువారిగా, శోధించువారిగా మారి, ఆయనను విసిగించి ఆయనకు కోపముకలిగించువారైరి. మనము దేవునిమాట విని, ఆయనకు లోబడి జీవించాలి.

     

The great God (Notes from Psalm 95)

God described as :
       the Rock of our salvation, Great God, Great King above all gods, Creator, our Maker, our Shepherd, (:1-7)


We are encouraged to :
        sing to the Lord,  shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. come before His presence with thanksgiving;shout joyfully to Him with psalms. worship and bow down; kneel before the Lord our Maker. (:1-6)


A lesson to learn : 
    Today, if you will hear His voice:  “Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, as in the day of trial in the wilderness, When your fathers tested Me; They tried Me, though they saw My work.  For forty years I was grieved with that generation, and said, ‘It is a people who go astray in their hearts, and they do not know My ways.’ So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest.’”
