నీతినిబట్టి నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము (కీర్తనలు 119:33-40 నుండి ధ్యానము)

ప్రార్థన:
        యెహోవా, నీ కట్టడలను అనుసరించుటకు నాకు నేర్పుము.
       నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రము ననుసరించుటకు నాకు బుద్ధి దయ చేయుము
       నీ ఆజ్ఞల జాడను చూచి నేను ఆనందించుచున్నాను దానియందు నన్ను నడువజేయుము.
      లోభముతట్టు కాక నీ శాసనములతట్టు నా హృద యము త్రిప్పుము.
      వ్యర్థమైనవాటిని చూడకుండ నా కన్నులు త్రిప్పి వేయుము
       నీ మార్గములలో నడుచుకొనుటకు నన్ను బ్రదికిం పుము.
       నీ విచ్చిన వాక్యము మనుష్యులలో నీ భయమును పుట్టించుచున్నది నీ సేవకునికి దాని స్థిరపరచుము.
        నీ న్యాయవిధులు ఉత్తములు నాకు భయము పుట్టించుచున్న నా అవమానమును కొట్టివేయుము.
      నీ ఉపదేశములు నాకు అధిక ప్రియములు నీతినిబట్టి నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము.  (:33-40)

            యెహోవా, ... నేను కడమట్టుకు వాటిని (నీ కట్టడలను) గైకొందును.  

            నా పూర్ణహృదయముతో నేను దాని ప్రకారము (నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రము  ) నడుచుకొందును.

Revive me in Your righteousness (Notes from Psalm 119:33-40)

Prayer:
     Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes, (:33)
     Give me understanding, and I shall keep Your law; (:34)
     Make me walk in the path of Your commandments, (:35)
     Incline my heart to Your testimonies,  and not to covetousness. (:36)
     Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things,
    And revive me in Your way. (:37)
    Establish Your word to Your servant, who is devoted to fearing You. (:38)
     Turn away my reproach which I dread, for Your judgments are good. (:39)

ప్రార్థన:
         నా ప్రాణము మంటిని హత్తుకొనుచున్నది నీ వాక్యముచేత నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము.
        నా చర్య అంతయు నేను చెప్పుకొనగా నీవు నాకు ఉత్తరమిచ్చితివి నీ కట్టడలను నాకు బోధింపుము
         నీ ఉపదేశమార్గమును నాకు బోధపరచుము.
        వ్యసనమువలన నా ప్రాణము నీరైపోయెను నీ వాక్యముచేత నన్ను స్థిరపరచుము.
       కపటపు నడత నాకు దూరము చేయుము నీ ఉపదేశమును నాకు దయచేయుము (:25-29)
      యెహోవా, నేను నీ శాసనములను హత్తుకొని యున్నాను నన్ను సిగ్గుపడనియ్యకుము.  (:31)

               నీ ఆశ్చర్యకార్యములను నేను ధ్యానించెదను. (:27)                

               సత్యమార్గమును నేను కోరుకొనియున్నాను నీ న్యాయవిధులను నేను నాయెదుట పెట్టుకొని యున్నాను 

               యెహోవా, నేను నీ శాసనములను హత్తుకొని యున్నాను 

              నా హృదయమును నీవు విశాలపరచునప్పుడు నేను నీ ఆజ్ఞలమార్గమున పరుగెత్తెదను. (:30-32)

Strengthen me according to Your word (Notes from Psalm 119:25-32)

Prayer:
          My soul clings to the dust; revive me according to Your word.
          I have declared my ways, and You answered me; Teach me Your statutes.
          Make me understand the way of Your precepts;
          My soul melts from heaviness; Strengthen me according to Your word.
          Remove from me the way of lying,
          And grant me Your law graciously. (:25-29)
         O Lord, do not put me to shame! (:31)

ప్రార్థన:
         నీ సేవకుడనైన నేను బ్రదుకునట్లు నాయెడల నీ దయారసము చూపుము నీ వాక్యమునుబట్టి నేను నడుచుకొనుచుందును.
         నేను నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రమునందు ఆశ్చర్యమైన సంగతు లను చూచునట్లు నా కన్నులు తెరువుము.
         నేను భూమిమీద పరదేశినై యున్నాను నీ ఆజ్ఞలను నాకు మరుగుచేయకుము. (:17-19)
          నేను నీ శాసనముల ననుసరించుచున్నాను. నామీదికి రాకుండ నిందను తిరస్కారమును తొల గింపుము.  (:22)

అవిశ్వాసులు:

        గర్విష్ఠులను నీవు గద్దించుచున్నావు. 

       నీ ఆజ్ఞలను విడిచి తిరుగువారు శాపగ్రస్తులు. (:21)

ఆత్మీయ అభ్యాసములు: 

           నీ సేవకుడు నీ కట్టడలను ధ్యానించుచుండును. 

           నీ శాసనములు నాకు సంతోషకరములు అవి నాకు ఆలోచనకర్తలైయున్నవి. (:23,24)

Wondrous things (Notes from 119:17-24)

Prayer:
      Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word.
      Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things from Your law.
      I am a stranger in the earth;
      Do not hide Your commandments from me.  (:17-19)
      Remove from me reproach and contempt,
      For I have kept Your testimonies. (:22)

Unbelievers:
       You rebuke the proud—the cursed,
       Who stray from Your commandments.(:21)

Godly practices:
        Your servant meditates on Your statutes.
        Your testimonies also are my delight and my counselors. (:23, 24)

             నీ యెదుట నేను పాపము చేయకుండునట్లు నా హృదయములో నీ వాక్యము ఉంచుకొని యున్నాను.
             నీ నోట నీవు సెలవిచ్చిన న్యాయవిధులన్నిటిని నా పెదవులతో వివరించుదును.
            సర్వసంపదలు దొరికినట్లు నీ శాసనముల మార్గమునుబట్టి నేను సంతోషించు చున్నాను.
            నీ ఆజ్ఞలను నేను ధ్యానించెదను
            నీ త్రోవలను మన్నించెదను.
            నీ కట్టడలనుబట్టి నేను హర్షించెదను.
            నీ వాక్యమును నేను మరువకయుందును. (:9-16)

        నన్ను నీ ఆజ్ఞలను విడిచి తిరుగనియ్యకుము. (:10)

            How can a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed according to Your word.
            With my whole heart I have sought You;
            Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.

            I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, as much as in all riches.
            I will meditate on Your precepts,
           and contemplate Your ways.

                      మనుష్యులను నమ్ముకొనుటకంటె యెహోవాను ఆశ్రయించుట మేలు.
                     రాజులను నమ్ముకొనుటకంటె యెహోవాను ఆశ్రయించుట మేలు (:8,9).

                    నీతిమంతుల గుడారములలోరక్షణనుగూర్చిన ఉత్సాహ సునాదము వినబడును (:15)

                  నీవు నాకు రక్షణాధారుడవై నాకు ఉత్తరమిచ్చి యున్నావు నేను నీకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించెదను. (:21)
                   ఇది యెహోవా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన దినము దీనియందు మనము ఉత్సహించి సంతోషించెదము. (:24)

కీర్తనాకారుని అనుభవము: 
             ఇరుకునందుండి నేను యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టితిని
             విశాలస్థలమందు యెహోవా నాకు ఉత్తరమిచ్చెను
            యెహోవా నా పక్షమున నున్నాడు నేను భయ పడను నరులు నాకేమి చేయగలరు?
            యెహోవా నా పక్షము వహించి నాకు సహకారియై యున్నాడు నా శత్రువుల విషయమైన నా కోరిక నెరవేరుట చూచెదను. (:5-7)
               అన్యజనులందరు నన్ను చుట్టుకొనియున్నారు యెహోవా నామమునుబట్టి నేను వారిని నిర్మూలము చేసెదను.
              నలుదిశలను వారు నన్ను చుట్టుకొనియున్నారు యెహోవా నామమునుబట్టి నేను వారిని నిర్మూలము చేసెదను.
               కందిరీగలవలె నామీద ముసిరి యున్నారు ముండ్లు కాల్చిన మంట ఆరిపోవునట్లు వారు నశించి పోయిరి యెహోవా నామమును బట్టి నేను వారిని నిర్మూలము చేసెదను.
            నేను పడునట్లు నీవు నన్ను గట్టిగా తోసితివి యెహోవా నాకు సహాయము చేసెను.
            యెహోవా నా దుర్గము నా గానము ఆయన నాకు రక్షణాధారమాయెను.  (:10-14)
            నేను చావను సజీవుడనై యెహోవా క్రియలు వివ రించెదను.
           యెహోవా నన్ను కఠినముగా శిక్షించెను గాని ఆయన నన్ను మరణమునకు అప్పగింపలేదు.
           నేను వచ్చునట్లు నీతి గుమ్మములు తీయుడి నేను వాటిలో ప్రవేశించి యెహోవాకు కృతజ్ఞతా స్తుతులు చెల్లించెదను. (:17-19)

ప్రవచనము:
                 ఇల్లు కట్టువారు నిషేధించిన రాయి మూలకు తలరాయి ఆయెను.
                   అది యెహోవావలన కలిగినది అది మన కన్నులకు ఆశ్చర్యము (:22,23)

Description of God:
               He is good;
               His love endures forever. (:1)
               The Lord is with me; he is my helper.(:7)
               The Lord is my strength and my defense
                He has become my salvation. (:14)

Deeds of God:
               The Lord’s right hand is lifted high;
                the Lord’s right hand has done mighty things! (:16)
                The stone the builders rejected  has become the cornerstone;
               the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes. (:22,23)
               The Lord is God, and He has made his light shine on us. (:27)
           

Godly practices:
             Give thanks to the Lord (:1)
             Let Israel, let the house of Aaron those who fear the Lord say:  “His love endures forever.” (2-4)
            It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans.
            It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes.(8,9)
           Shouts of joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous: (:15)
           I will give you thanks, for you answered me;
           you have become my salvation. (:21)
           The Lord has done it this very day;
           let us rejoice today and be glad. (:24)

             యెహోవా దయాళుడు
            నీతిమంతుడు
            మన దేవుడు వాత్సల్యతగలవాడు. (:5)

దేవుని క్రియలు:

              యెహోవా నా మొరను నా విన్నపములను ఆలకించి యున్నాడు. 

              ఆయన నాకు చెవియొగ్గెను  (:1,2)

              యెహోవా సాధువులను కాపాడువాడు. 

               నేను క్రుంగియుండగా ఆయన నన్ను రక్షించెను. 

             నా ప్రాణమా, యెహోవా నీకు క్షేమము విస్తరింప జేసియున్నాడు. తిరిగి నీ విశ్రాంతిలో ప్రవేశింపుము.

                 నేనాయనను ప్రేమించుచున్నాను. 

                 నా జీవితకాలమంతయు నేనాయనకు మొఱ్ఱ పెట్టుదును  (:1,2)

                  సజీవులున్న దేశములలో యెహోవా సన్నిధిని నేను కాలము గడుపుదును. (:9)

                  యెహోవా నాకు చేసిన ఉపకారములన్నిటికి నేనాయనకేమి చెల్లించుదును? 

                  రక్షణపాత్రను చేత పుచ్చుకొని యెహోవా నామమున ప్రార్థన చేసెదను. 

                  యెహోవాకు నా మ్రొక్కుబళ్లు చెల్లించెదను. ఆయన ప్రజలందరి యెదుటనే చెల్లించెదను  (:12-14)

                  యెహోవా, నేను నిజముగా నీ సేవకుడను, నీ సేవకుడను నీ సేవకురాలి కుమారుడనైయున్నాను నీవు నాకట్లు విప్పియున్నావు. 

                  నేను నీకు కృతజ్ఞతార్పణ నర్పించెదను, యెహోవా నామమున ప్రార్థనచేసెదను 

                  ఆయన ప్రజలందరియెదుటను యెహోవా మందిరపు ఆవరణములలోను 

                  యెరూషలేమా, నీ మధ్యను నేను యెహోవాకు నా మ్రొక్కుబళ్లు చెల్లించెదను.  (:16-19)

                    

కీర్తనాకారుని అనుభవము:

               

                   మరణబంధములు నన్ను చుట్టుకొని యుండెను పాతాళపు వేదనలు నన్ను పట్టుకొనియుండెను శ్రమయు దుఃఖమును నాకు కలిగెను. 

                     అప్పుడుయెహోవా, దయచేసి నా ప్రాణమును విడిపింపుమని యెహోవా నామమునుబట్టి నేను మొఱ్ఱపెట్టితిని.                

                       మరణమునుండి నా ప్రాణమును కన్నీళ్లు విడువకుండ నా కన్నులను జారిపడకుండ నాపాదములను నీవు తప్పించియున్నావు. (:8)

What shall I render to the Lord For all His benefits toward me? (Notes from Psalm 116)

Description Of God:
            Gracious is the Lord, and righteous;
            Yes, our God is merciful. (:5)

Deeds of God:
              He has heard
              My voice and my supplications.
              Because He has inclined His ear to me (:1,2)
              The Lord preserves the simple;
              I was brought low, and He saved me.
              Return to your rest, O my soul, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you.

స్తుతి:
          మాకు కాదు, యెహోవా మాకు కాదు నీ కృపాసత్యములనుబట్టి నీ నామమునకే మహిమ కలగునుగాక (:1)

దేవుని క్రియలు:
           మా దేవుడు ఆకాశమందున్నాడు తన కిచ్ఛవచ్చినట్లుగా సమస్తమును ఆయన చేయు చున్నాడు (:3)
           ఆయన తన ప్రజలకు సహాయము వారికి కేడెము. (:9-11)
             యెహోవా మమ్మును మరచిపోలేదు ఆయన మమ్ము నాశీర్వదించును ఆయన ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల నాశీర్వదించును అహరోను వంశస్థులనాశీర్వదించును
              పిన్నలనేమి పెద్దలనేమి తనయందు భయభక్తులు గల వారిని యెహోవా ఆశీర్వదించును.
              యెహోవా మిమ్మును మీ పిల్లలను వృద్ధిపొందించును.
              భూమ్యాకాశములను సృజించిన యెహోవాచేత మీరు ఆశీర్వదింపబడినవారు.
              ఆకాశములు యెహోవావశము భూమిని ఆయన నరుల కిచ్చియున్నాడు. (:12-16)

The Futility of Idols:

       The mountains skipped like rams,

He raises the poor out of the dust (Notes from Psalm 113)

Description of God:
        The Lord is high above all nations,
        His glory above the heavens.

The Blessed State of the Righteous (Notes from Psalm 112)

Godly practices:
          Praise the Lord!
          Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,
          who delights greatly in His commandments. (:1)
          lead righteous and upright life
          He is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous and good man (:4,5)
       
Blessings:
        His descendants will be mighty on earth;
       The generation of the upright will be blessed.
       Wealth and riches will be in his house,
        And his righteousness endures forever.
       Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness;
       He will guide his affairs with discretion.
       Surely he will never be shaken;
       The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance.
       He will not be afraid of evil tidings;
      His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord.
      His heart is established; he will not be afraid,
      Until he sees his desire upon his enemies.
     He has dispersed abroad, he has given to the poor;

Wicked :
     The wicked will see it and be grieved;
     He will gnash his teeth and melt away;
     The desire of the wicked shall perish. (:10)

DAVID: A MODEL OF SERVANTHOOD

From his days as a simple shepherd boy to the time he was a heroic ruler, David served God in many capacities. By looking at the various stages of his life, we can clearly see how his godly devotion allowed the Lord to use him mightily.

Shepherd. David was anointed as king long before commanding anything other than sheep (1 Samuel 16:1-13). Shepherding was a job he took so seriously that he even killed a lion and a bear to protect his flock. During those days, he learned to be strong and brave, and to take care of creatures weaker than himself. An early life of obedience to his earthly father taught him the humility he would later need in order to depend on his heavenly Father.

Psalmist. David’s writings reveal his hunger for God. He is open about issues such as fear, depression, defeat, loneliness, and sorrow. By describing valley experiences and communing with the Lord in the night watches, David provided us with intimate glimpses of the God he knew so well.

Leader. Following his encounter with Bathsheba, David’s life was plagued by heartache, suffering, and conflict. He’d sinned greatly, but God forgave him and continued to use him as king and military commander. He ruled Israel for 40 years, and his people called Jerusalem the “City of David.” His restoration teaches us about sin’s consequences and God’s limitlessness grace.

King David served God’s purpose when he lived, and his impact continues thousands of years later—every follower of Jesus Christ has been blessed by David’s obedience, service, and literary skill. He is a great example of what God can accomplish through us if we yield our lives to Him.

               The works of the Lord are great, studied by all who have pleasure in them.
               His work is honorable and glorious,
               and His righteousness endures forever.
               He has made His wonderful works to be remembered;
               He has given food to those who fear Him;
               He will ever be mindful of His covenant.
               He has declared to His people the power of His works,
               In giving them the heritage of the nations.
               The works of His hands are verity and justice;

Pray and praise (Notes from Psalm 109)

Are you surrounded by deceit, lies, hatred, accusers, condemnation ?:

Do not keep silent, O God of my praise!
For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful have opened against me;
They have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
They have also surrounded me with words of hatred,
And fought against me without a cause.
In return for my love they are my accusers,
But I give myself to prayer.
Thus they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love. (:1-5)
I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth;
Yes, I will praise Him among the multitude.
For He shall stand at the right hand of the poor,
To save him from those who condemn him. (:30, 31)

Showing Mercy

"Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy" (Matt. 5:7).

There are many ways to show mercy.

God delights in mercy, and as a believer you have the privilege of showing mercy in many ways. In the physical realm you can give money to the poor, food to the hungry, or a bed to the homeless. God has always wanted His people to be that way. Deuteronomy 15 says, "If there is a poor man with you . . . you shall not harden your heart, nor close your hand from [him]; but you shall freely open your hand to him, and shall generously lend him sufficient for his need in whatever he lacks" (vv. 7-8). Verses 12-14 instruct Israelites who release a slave to provide for the slave's needs. That was the merciful thing to do.

In the spiritual realm you can show mercy by pitying the lost. St. Augustine said, "If I weep for that body from which the soul is departed, how should I weep for that soul from which God is departed?" (cited by Thomas Watson in The Beatitudes, p. 144). We mourn over the dead but do we mourn as much for lost souls? When Stephen was being stoned, he pitied his wretched murderers, asking God to forgive them (Acts 7:60). Jesus did the same (Luke 23:34). That should be our attitude as well.

Another way of showing mercy is to rebuke sin. Second Timothy 2:24-25 says, "The Lord's bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all . . . with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth." It is merciful and loving to rebuke sinners because it gives them a chance to repent and be forgiven.

Prayer is also an act of mercy, as is preaching the gospel. In fact, sharing Christ with someone is the most merciful thing you can do!

There are many more ways to be merciful, but I hope these will stimulate your thinking and encourage you to discover as many ways as possible to pass on the abundant mercy God has shown to you.



Thank God for the mercies you have received from others.

            వాటివలన సస్యఫలసమృద్ధి పొందునట్లును ఆయన ఆకలికొనినవారిని అచ్చట కాపురముంచెను 

             మరియు ఆయన వారిని ఆశీర్వదింపగా వారు అధిక ముగా సంతానాభివృద్ధి నొందిరి ఆయన వారి పశువులను తగ్గిపోనియ్యలేదు 

              వారు బాధవలనను ఇబ్బందివలనను దుఃఖమువలనను తగ్గిపోయినప్పుడు 

              రాజులను తృణీకరించుచు త్రోవలేని యెడారిలో వారిని తిరుగులాడ జేయు వాడు. 

            అట్టి దరిద్రుల బాధను పొగొట్టి వారిని లేవనెత్తెను వాని వంశమును మందవలె వృద్ధిచేసెను. (:33,41)

             

ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజల వైఫల్యాలు :

             దేవుని ఆజ్ఞలకు లోబడక మహోన్నతుని తీర్మానమును తృణీకరించినందున 

            బాధ చేతను ఇనుప కట్లచేతను బంధింప బడినవారై చీకటిలోను మరణాంధకారములోను నివాసముచేయువారి హృదయమును (:10,11)

           బుద్ధిహీనులు తమ దుష్టప్రవర్తనచేతను తమ దోషము చేతను బాధతెచ్చుకొందురు. 

           భోజనపదార్థములన్నియు వారి ప్రాణమునకు అసహ్య మగును వారు మరణద్వారములను సమీపించుదురు. (:17,18)

           

ఆత్మీయ అభ్యాసములు :

                      ఆయనకు కృతజ్ఞతా స్తుతులు చెల్లించుడి ఆయన కృప నిత్యముండును. 

                      వారు కృతజ్ఞతార్పణలు చెల్లించుదురుగాక ఉత్సాహధ్వనితో ఆయన కార్యములను ప్రకటించు దురుగాక.  (:22)

                     జనసమాజములో వారాయనను ఘనపరచుదురుగాక పెద్దల సభలో ఆయనను కీర్తించుదురు గాక (:32)

                  బుద్ధిమంతుడైనవాడు ఈ విషయములను ఆలోచించును యెహోవా కృపాతిశయములను జనులు తల పోయు దురుగాక. (:43)

 

   

 

He satisfies the longing soul (Notes from Psalm 107)

Description of God:
                    He is good, His mercy endures forever.(:1)Wonderful (:8)
                     
Deeds of God:
                  He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,
                  And gathered out of the lands (:2,3)
                  He delivered them out of their distresses.
                  And He led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city for a dwelling place. (:6,7)
                 He satisfies the longing soul,
                 and fills the hungry soul with goodness.(:9)
                 He brought down their heart with labor;
                 They fell down, and there was none to help.(:12)
                 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death,
                 and broke their chains in pieces.:(14)
                 He has broken the gates of bronze,
                 And cut the bars of iron in two. (:16)
                 He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.(:20)          
                 He commands and raises the stormy wind, which lifts up the waves of the sea. (:25)
                 He calms the storm,so that its waves are still.
                 He guides them to their desired haven. (:29,30)    
                 He turns rivers into a wilderness, and the watersprings into dry ground;
                 A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of those who dwell in it.
                 He turns a wilderness into pools of water, and dry land into watersprings.
                 There He makes the hungry dwell, that they may establish a city for a dwelling place,
                 And sow fields and plant vineyards, that they may yield a fruitful harvest.
                 He also blesses them, and they multiply greatly; and He does not let their cattle decrease.
                 When they are diminished and brought low through oppression, affliction, and sorrow,
                  He pours contempt on princes, and causes them to wander in the wilderness where there is no way;
                  Yet He sets the poor on high, far from affliction, and makes their families like a flock. (:33-41)
                 
               
Failures of Israelites :
                 Those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death,
                 Bound in affliction and irons—
                 Because they rebelled against the words of God,
                 And despised the counsel of the Most High, (:10,11)
                 Fools, because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, were afflicted.
                Their soul abhorred all manner of food, and they drew near to the gates of death. (:17,18)

Godly practices:
               give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!(:1)
               Let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving,
               and declare His works with rejoicing. (:22)
               Let them exalt Him also in the assembly of the people,
               and praise Him in the company of the elders. (:32)
               The righteous see it  (deeds of God) and rejoice,
               Whoever is wise will observe these things,
               and they will understand the lovingkindness of the Lord. (:43)

               
                 

దేవుని కృపాబాహుళ్యము (కీర్తనలు 106:24-48 నుండి ధ్యానము)

దేవుని క్రియలు:
           అప్పుడు అరణ్యములో వారిని కూలచేయుటకును అన్యజనులలో వారి సంతానమును కూల్చుటకును దేశములో వారిని చెదరగొట్టుటకునుఆయన వారిమీద చెయ్యి యెత్తెను. (:26,27)
          యెహోవా కోపము ఆయన ప్రజలమీద రగులుకొనెను ఆయన తనస్వాస్థ్యమందు అసహ్యపడెను.
          ఆయన వారిని అన్యజనులచేతికి అప్పగించెను వారి పగవారు వారిని ఏలుచుండిరి. (:40,41)
           అనేక పర్యాయములు ఆయన వారిని విడిపించెను (:43)
            అయినను వారిరోదనము తనకు వినబడగా వారికి కలిగిన శ్రమను ఆయన చూచెను.
             వారిని తలంచుకొని ఆయన తన నిబంధనను జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనెను తన కృపాబాహుళ్యమునుబట్టి వారిని కరుణించెను.
             వారిని చెరగొనిపోయిన వారికందరికి వారియెడల కనికరము పుట్టించెను. (:44-46)
 
ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజల వైఫల్యాలు:
               వారు రమ్యమైన దేశమును నిరాకరించిరి ఆయన మాట నమ్మకపోయిరి
              యెహోవా మాట ఆలకింపక వారు తమ గుడారములో సణుగుకొనిరి. (:24,25)
               వారు బయల్పెయోరును హత్తుకొని, చచ్చిన వారికి అర్పించిన బలిమాంసమును భుజించిరి.
              వారు తమ క్రియలచేత ఆయనకు కోపము పుట్టించగా వారిలో తెగులు రేగెను. (:28,29)
\               మెరీబా జలములయొద్ద వారు ఆయనకు కోపము పుట్టించిరి కావున వారి మూలముగా మోషేకు బాధ కలిగెను.
              ఎట్లనగా వారు అతని ఆత్మమీద తిరుగుబాటు చేయగా అతడు తన పెదవులతో కానిమాట పలికెను.
              యెహోవా వారికి ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు వారు అన్యజనులను నాశనము చేయకపోయిరి.
               అన్యజనులతో సహవాసము చేసి వారి క్రియలు నేర్చుకొనిరి.
               వారి విగ్రహములకు పూజచేసిరి అవి వారికి ఉరి ఆయెను.
                మరియు వారు తమ కూమారులను తమ కుమార్తెలను దయ్యములకు బలిగా అర్పించిరి.
               నిరపరాధ రక్తము, అనగా తమ కుమారుల రక్తము తమ కుమార్తెల రక్తము ఒలికించిరి కనానుదేశపువారి బొమ్మలకు వారిని బలిగా అర్పించిరి ఆ రక్తమువలన దేశము అపవిత్రమాయెను
              తమ క్రియలవలన వారు అపవిత్రులైరి తమ నడవడిలో వ్యభిచరించినవారైరి. (:32-39)

ప్రార్థన:

    యెహోవా మాదేవా, మమ్మును రక్షింపుము మేము నీ పరిశుద్ధనామమునకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించునట్లును నిన్నుస్తుతించుచు మేమతిశయించునట్లును అన్యజనులలోనుండి మమ్మును పోగుచేయుము. (:47)

ఫీనెహాసు ఒక మంచి మాదిరి:

           వారు తమ క్రియలచేత ఆయనకు కోపము పుట్టించగా వారిలో తెగులు రేగెను. 

           ఫీనెహాసు లేచి పరిహారముచేయగా ఆ తెగులు ఆగిపోయెను. 

          నిత్యము తరములన్నిటను అతనికి ఆ పని నీతిగా ఎంచ బడెను. (:29-31)
