ఎడబాయని, విడనాడని దేవుడు (కీర్తనలు 94 నుండి ధ్యానము)

దేవునిగూర్చిన వర్ణన :
    భూలోక న్యాయాధిపతి, బలపరచు కృపగల దేవుడు, గొప్ప ఆదరణతో నెమ్మదికలుగజేయు దేవుడు, ఎత్తయిన కోట, ఆశ్రయదుర్గము. (:2, 18, 19, 22)

భక్తిహీనులు :
   వారు వదరుచు కఠోరమైన మాటలు పలుకుచున్నారు దోషము చేయువారందరు బింకములాడు చున్నారు.
 యెహోవా చూచుటలేదు యాకోబు దేవుడు విచారించుటలేదు అనుకొని యెహోవా, వారు నీ ప్రజలను నలుగగొట్టుచున్నారు నీ స్వాస్థ్యమును బాధించుచున్నారు విధవరాండ్రను పరదేశులను చంపుచున్నారు తండ్రిలేనివారిని హతముచేయుచున్నారు. (:4-7)

 అట్టివారు  పశుప్రాయులు బుద్ధిహీనులు  (:8)

భక్తిహీనులపై దేవుని చర్య:
                   ఆయన వారిదోషము వారిమీదికి రప్పించును వారి చెడుతనమునుబట్టి వారిని సంహరించును. మన దేవుడైన యెహోవా వారిని సంహరించును. (:23)

ప్రశ్నలు:
     చెవులను కలుగచేసినవాడు వినకుండునా? 
     కంటిని నిర్మించినవాడు కానకుండునా? 
    అన్యుజనులను శిక్షించువాడు మనుష్యులకు తెలివి నేర్పువాడు దండింపకమానునా? 
   నరుల ఆలోచనలు వ్యర్థములని యెహోవాకు తెలిసి యున్నది.  (:9-11)

అవును, దేవునికి మనము పలుకు ప్రతిమాట, చేయు ప్రతి కార్యము, ప్రతి ఆలొచన తెలియును. ఆఅయన శిక్షించును, తెలివి నేర్పించును, దండించును.

యెహోవా, నీవు శిక్షించువాడు నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రమును బట్టి నీవు బోధించువాడు ధన్యుడు.  (:12)

దేవుని వాగ్ధానములు:

     నీతిమంతుల కష్టదినములను పోగొట్టి వారికి నెమ్మది కలుగజేయుదువు. 

     యెహోవా తన ప్రజలను ఎడబాయువాడు కాడు తన స్వాస్థ్యమును విడనాడువాడు కాడు. 

విశ్వాసి అనుభవము:

     నాకాలు జారెనని నేననుకొనగా యెహోవా, నీ కృప నన్ను బలపరచుచున్నది. 

    నా అంతరంగమందు విచారములు హెచ్చగా నీ గొప్ప ఆదరణ నా ప్రాణమునకు నెమ్మది కలుగ జేయుచున్నది. (:18, 19)

   యెహోవా నాకు ఎత్తయిన కోట నా దేవుడు నాకు ఆశ్రయదుర్గము. (:22)

Never forsaking God. (Notes from Psalm 94)

God described as:
    Judge of the earth, Merciful, Comforter, Defence and Rock of refunge for His people (:2, 18, 19, 22)

The wicked  
        -  speak insolent things, break the people of God in pieces afflicts His inheritance, slays the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
 Yet they say, “The Lord does not see, Nor does the God of Jacob understand." (:4-7)

The wicked are described as senseless and fools. (:8)

God's action against the wicked:
He has brought on them their own iniquity,
And shall cut them off in their own wickedness;

The Lord our God shall cut them off.  (:23)

Questions :
   He who planted the ear, shall He not hear?
   He who formed the eye, shall He not see?
   He who instructs the nations, shall He not correct, He who teaches man knowledge?
  The Lord knows the thoughts of man, that they are futile. (:9-11)

Yes God hears every word we speak, sees every act of us, and knows our every thought. He instructs, corrects and teaches man knowledge.


Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O Lord, and teach out of Your law,
That You may give him rest from the days of adversity, (:12,13)

Promises:
The Lord will not cast off His people, nor will He forsake His inheritance.
But judgment will return to righteousness, and all the upright in heart will follow it. (:14,15)

Experiences of a believer:
    Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul would soon have settled in silence.
    If I say, “My foot slips,” Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up.
  In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul. (:18,19)
 ...The Lord has been my defense, And my God the rock of my refuge. (:22)

నీతిమంతులు :

       నీతిమంతులు ఖర్జూరవృక్షమువలె మొవ్వువేయు దురు లెబానోనుమీది దేవదారు వృక్షమువలె వారు ఎదుగు దురు 

       యెహోవా మందిరములో నాటబడినవారై వారు మన దేవుని ఆవరణములలో వర్ధిల్లుదురు. 

        నాకు ఆశ్రయ దుర్గమైన యెహోవా యథార్థవంతు డనియు ఆయనయందు ఏ చెడుతనమును లేదనియు ప్రసిద్ధి చేయుటకై 

      వారు ముసలితనమందు ఇంక చిగురు పెట్టుచుందురు సారము కలిగి పచ్చగా నుందురు. (:12-15)

ఆత్మీయ అబ్యాసములు:

       యెహోవాను స్తుతించుట , ఆయన నామమును కీర్తించుట, ఆయన కృపను ,ఆయన విశ్వాస్యతను  ప్రచురించుట, ఆయన కార్యములు, ఆలొచనలు గ్రహించుట వివేచించుట  (:1,2,5)

Great works and deep thoughts of God (Notes from Psalm 92)

God described as :
     Most High, God of lovingkindness. faithfulness, great God, Upright, Rock, Righteous (:1, 2, 5, 15)

Wicked :
     When the wicked spring up like grass, And when all the workers of iniquity flourish, It is that they may be destroyed forever. (:7)


Righteous:
       The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
       Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
       They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing,
       To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. (:12-15)

Godly practices:
      Give thanks to the Lord, Sing praises to His Name, declare His loving kindness and His faithfulness, know and understand His works and thoughts (:1,2,5)

దేవుని నుండి ఆశీర్వాదములు:
    -  వేటకాని ఉరిలోనుండి ఆయన నిన్ను విడిపించును
   -   నాశనకరమైన తెగులు రాకుండ నిన్ను రక్షించును 
   -  ఆయన తన రెక్కలతో నిన్ను కప్పును ఆయన రెక్కల క్రింద నీకు ఆశ్రయము కలుగును 
   -  ఆయన సత్యము, కేడెమును డాలునై యున్నది.

Blessings from God:
    -  God delivers from the snare of the fowler , (:3)
    -  covers with His feathers
    -  His Truth shall be the shield and buckler (:4)
    -  shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. (:5,6)

        -  తరతరములనుండి తన ప్రజలకు నివాసస్ఠలము (:1)
        - నిత్యుడగు దేవుడు(:2)

మానవుడు గడ్డితో పోల్చబడుట:
       ప్రొద్దున వారు పచ్చ గడ్డివలె చిగిరింతురు . ప్రొద్దున అది మొలిచి చిగిరించును సాయంకాలమున అది కోయబడి వాడబారును.  (:5,6)



"మా దోషములను నీవు నీ యెదుట నుంచుకొని యున్నావు నీ ముఖకాంతిలో మా రహస్యపాపములు కనబడు చున్నవి. " అని భక్తుడైన మోషే పలుకుచున్నడు.

ప్రార్థన:
          -   మాకు జ్ఞానహృదయము కలుగునట్లుగా చేయుము మా దినములు లెక్కించుటకు మాకు నేర్పుము.
          -    యెహోవా, తిరుగుము ఎంతవరకు తిరుగకయుందువు? నీ సేవకులను చూచి సంతాపపడుము.
          -   ఉదయమున నీ కృపతో మమ్మును తృప్తిపరచుము అప్పుడు మేము మా దినములన్నియు ఉత్సహించి సంతోషించెదము.
          -   నీవు మమ్మును శ్రమపరచిన దినముల కొలది మేము కీడనుభవించిన యేండ్లకొలది మమ్మును సంతోష పరచుము.
          -  నీ సేవకులకు నీ కార్యము కనుపరచుము వారి కుమారులకు నీ ప్రభావము చూపింపుము.
         -  మా దేవుడైన యెహోవా ప్రసన్నత మా మీద నుండును గాక

The Eternity of God, and Man’s Frailty (Notes from Psalm 90)

This Psalm reveals God as:
   -  The dwelling place of His people in all generation (:1)
   -  The eternal God.(:2)
   -  The Almighty.(:3)
   -  Compassionate, Merciful, (:13, 14)
   -  Glorious God (:16)


Man is compared to grass :
            In the morning they are like grass which grows up, flourishes and grows up;
            In the evening it is cut down and withers. (:5,6)

           Moses writes "You have set our iniquities before You, Our secret sins in the light of Your countenance." (:8)

Prayer :
      -  teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
      -  have compassion on Your servants.
      -  satisfy us early with Your mercy, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days!
      -  Make us glad according to the days in which You have afflicted us, the years in which we have seen evil.
       -  Let Your work appear to Your servants, and Your glory to their children.
       -  let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,
       - establish the work of our hands for us.  (:12-17)

కోల్పోయిన ఆశీర్వాదములు (కీర్తనలు 89 నుండి ధ్యానము)

దేవుని గూర్చిన వర్ణన:
  కృపాతిశయము, విశ్వాస్యతగల దేవుడు, ఆశ్చర్యకార్యములుచేయు దేవుడు, అసమానుడు, భీకరుడు, భయంకరుడు (పూజుంపదగిన దేవుడు),  సృష్ఠికర్త, పరాక్రమవంతుడు, బలవంతుడు, నీతిన్యాయములు, కృపాసత్యములుగల దేవుడు, పరిశుద్ధ దేవుడు, తండ్రి, రక్షణ దుర్గము (:1, 5-8, 11-14, 18,26)


సువార్తను నమ్మువారికి కలుగు ధన్యతలు:
      -  దేవుని ముఖకాంతిని చూచి వారు నడుచుకొందురు.

      -   దేవుని నీతిచేత హెచ్చింపబడుచుందురు

దేవుడు తన ప్రజలతో వ్యవహరించు విధము:
   
     సహాయముచేయును,  హెచ్చించును, అభిషేకించును, బలపరచును, శత్రువుల నుండి కాపాడును, తన విశ్వాస్యతయు,కృపయు, నిబంధనవారికి తోడై యుండును, క్రమపరచును. (:19-24,28,32)

దేవుని ప్రజలు దేవునికి దూరమైతే ... :
           విసర్జింపబదురు, దేవుని కోపమునకు గురియగుదురు, దేవుని కాపుదలను కోల్పొవుదురు, నిందపాలగుదురు, ఆయుష్కాలము తగ్గింపబడి, సిగ్గుతో కప్పబడుదురు. (:38-45)

ఒక మంచి ప్రశ్న :
   మరణమును చూడక బ్రదుకు నరుడెవడు? పాతాళముయొక్క వశము కాకుండ తన్నుతాను తప్పించుకొనగలవాడెవడు?  (:48)

యేసు క్రీస్తు ప్రభుని పరిశుద్ధరక్తమునందు కడుగబడి ఆయనను వ్యక్తిగత రక్షకునిగా, ప్రభువుగా అంగీకరించిన వ్యక్తి, రెండవమరణమును చూడక యేసు క్రీస్తు ప్రభువునందున్న పునరుత్థానశక్తివలన, పాతాళవశమునుండి తప్పింపబడి,నిత్యజీవములో ప్రవేశించును.

Lost blessings (Notes from Psalm 89)

God described as :
   Merciful, Faithful, (:1), Wonderful, incomparable, greatly to be feared, Mighty (:5-8), Creator (:11,12), Mighty, Strong, (:13), Righteous, Just, Truthful (:14), Holy (:18) Father, the Rock of salvation (:26), with lovingkindness (:49)

Blessedness of those who believes the Gospel :
         -  They walk  in the light of God's countenance.
         -  In His name they rejoice all day long,
         -  In His righteousness they are exalted.
         -  He is the glory of their strength,
         -  in His favor their horn is exalted.
          -  Their shield belongs to the Lord, their King to the Holy One of Israel. (He protects them) (:15-18)

God's dealing with His people:
        -  Gives help, exalts, anoints, establishes, strengthen, protects from enemy, keeps His faithfulness, His mercy and His covenant with them, (:19-24, 28) disciplines (:32)

What happens when God's people move far from Him?:
             they will be abhorred, will be under God's fury, will not be protected by God, will be reproached, life shortened, will be covered with shame. (:38-45)

A good question:
      What man can live and not see death? Can he deliver his life from the power of the grave? (:48)
   

The person washed in the precious Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and trusts Jesus as  personal Saviour and Lord, will not take part in the second death but will be delivered from the power of the grave through the resurrection power that is in Christ Jesus.

యెడతెగని ప్రార్థన (కీర్తనలు 88 నుండి ధ్యానము)

ఈ కీర్తనలోని దేవుని ప్రత్యక్షత:
       రక్షణకర్తయగు దేవుడు (:1)
       అద్భుతములుచేయు దేవుడు.
       స్తుతింపదగిన దేవుడు (:10)
       కృపకలిగిన దేవుడు,
       విశ్వాస్యతగల దేవుడు (:11)

దేవుని చేతిలోనుండి తొలగిపోయినవారు వెళ్ళు స్థలము :
      సమాధి, నాశనకూపము, అంధకారము, పాతాళము (:11,12)

పాపము మనలను దేవునినుండి దూరముచేయును. ఫ్రభువైన యేసు క్రీస్తు రక్తము ప్రతి పాపమునుండి మనలను పవిత్రులనుగా చేయును. నీవు ఆ పరిశుద్దమైన రక్తములో కడుగబడితివా?

కీర్తనాకారుని స్థితి:
       నేను ఆపదలతో నిండియున్నాను నా ప్రాణము పాతాళమునకు సమీపించియున్నది. (:3)
       అగాధమైన గుంటలోను చీకటిగల చోట్లలోను అగాధ జలములలోను నీవు నన్ను పరుండబెట్టి యున్నావు. (:6)
        నీ ఉగ్రత నామీద బరువుగా నున్నది నీ తరంగములన్నియు నన్ను ముంచుచున్నవి. (:7)
        నా నెళవరులను నాకు దూరముగా నీవు ఉంచి యున్నావు నీవు వారి దృష్టికి నన్ను హేయునిగా చేసియున్నావు.
       వెలుపలికి రావల్ల గాకుండ నేను బంధింపబడి యున్నాను (:8)
       బాధచేత నా కన్ను క్షీణించుచున్నది(:9)

కీర్తనాకారుని స్పందన:
ప్రతిదినము  రాత్రి, పగలు  దేవునికి మొఱ్ఱపెట్టుచు, ప్రార్థించుచూ ఆయనవైపు తన చేతులు చాపుతున్నడు (:1,9)

కీర్తనాకారుని ప్రార్థన:
యెహోవా, నీవు నన్ను విడుచుట యేల? నీ ముఖము నాకు చాటు చేయుట యేల? (:14)

దేవునితో నిత్యము సహవాసము మరియు ఆయనముఖదర్శనముకొరకు కీర్తనకారుడు తపించుచున్నవిదముగ మనమును ఉందుము గాక!

An unceasing Prayer (Notes from Psalm 88)

In this psalm, God is revealed as :

  God of salvation (:1)

  God who works wonders 

  Worthy to be praised (:10)

  God with lovingkindness and faithfulness(:11)

  Righteous God (:12)

Person cut off from God's hand will be in :

  the grave, in the place of destruction, in the dark, in the place of forgetfulness.(:11,12)

Sin separates us from God. The Blood of Lord Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sins. Are you washed in the Blood of the Lamb ?

Circumstances of the psalmist:

   Soul full of troubles, life draws near to grave, (:3)

   laid in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the depths.(:6)

   under God's wrath, afflicted (:7)

   alone (:8,18)

    

Response of the Psalmist :

  cried  out God day and night before God (:1)

  called daily upon God 

  stretched out his hands to God (:9)

  in the morning his prayer comes before God (:13)

His prayer was:

  Lord, why do You cast off my soul? Why do You hide Your face from me? (:14)

The psalmist expresses his desire to be adhered by God and to seek His face. May the same be ours too.

స్థిరపరచు దేవుని ప్రేమ (కీర్తనలు 87 నుండి ధ్యానము)

యాకోబు నివాసములన్నిటికంటె సీయోను గుమ్మ ములు యెహోవాకు ప్రియములై యున్నవి (:2)
సర్వోన్నతుడు తానే దాని స్థిరపరచెననియు సీయోనునుగూర్చి చెప్పుకొందురు.  (:5)

ఈ కీర్తన, ప్రభువైన యేసు క్రీస్తు తన స్వరక్తమిచ్చి సంపాదించిన తన సంఘముపై ఉన్న ప్రేమను గుర్తు చేయుచున్నది. ఆయనే ఆ సంఘమును స్థిరపరచునని తెలియజేయుచున్నది.

 ప్రభువైన యేసు క్రీస్తు నిన్ను ప్రేమించుచున్నడని నీవు యెరిగితివా ? ఆయనను నీ జీవితములోనికి ఆహ్వానించుటద్వారా నీవును ఆయన సంఘమునందు ఒక భాగముగా ఉండి ఆయనచేత స్థిరపరచబడుదువు.

God's love that establishes (Notes from Psalm 87)

The Lord loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. (:2)
...of Zion it will be said, “...the Most High Himself shall establish her.”(:5)

This psalm reminds the Love of Christ for His Church that was purchased with His own precious Blood. And He Himself will establish it. 

Do you know that Christ Jesus loves you ? If you make Jesus as the Lord of your life, you will be part of His Church and He establishes you.

...may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.  (1Pet 5:10,11)

A sign for good (Notes from Psalm 86)

Description of God:

You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,
And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You. (:5)
Among the gods there is none like You, O Lord;
Nor are there any works like Your works (:8)
You are great, and do wondrous things;
You alone are God.(:10)
You, O Lord, are a God full of compassion, and gracious,
Longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth. (:15)

Past experience of the psalmist :
Great is Your mercy toward me, and You have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol. (:13)

Yes, its true! The Blood of Jesus Christ has the power to deliver a soul from the depths of Sheol.

Hear Him & Fear Him! (Notes from Psalm 85))

This wonderful psalm reminds us that we once were Jacob's children and were in captivity but now we are God's own people.
a) The Lord brought back the captivity of Jacob.
b) He has forgiven the iniquity of His people; He has covered all their sin.
c) He has taken away all His wrath; He has turned from the fierceness of His anger.(:1-3)

Verses 8 & 9 reminds us 
a) to hear God speaking to us (:8)
b) to not turn again to folly  (:8)
c) to fear Him (:9)


Verse 10 reminds us what happened at the Cross of Christ :
Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed.

And the result is described in the following verses:
Truth shall spring out of the earth, and righteousness shall look down from heaven.
Yes, the Lord will give what is good;and our land will yield its increase.
Righteousness will go before Him, and shall make His footsteps our pathway. (: 11-13)

Thats what going to happen in the life of each person who is washed in the precious blood of Lord Jesus Christ.

జీవముగల దేవుని నివాసములు ఎంతో రమ్యములు.  (:1) ఆయన ఆవరణములొ ఒక దినము గడుపుట  వేయిదినముల కంటె శ్రేష్ఠము. (: 10)  నీ పాపముల విషయము పశ్చాత్తపడి, వాటిని దేవుని యెదుట ఒప్పుకుని, యేసు క్రీస్తు ప్రభువుయొక్క పరిశుద్ధ రక్తములొ కడుగబడి ఆయనను నీ వ్యక్తిగత జీవితమునకు రాజుగాను, దేవునిగాను చేసుకొనుము.  అప్పుడు దేవునితొ నిరంతరము నివసించగలవు.

వారు బాకా లోయలోబడి (భాధ లొయలో) వెళ్లుచు దానిని జలమయముగా చేయుదురు, తొలకరి వాన దానిని దీవెనలతో కప్పును.  వారు నానాటికి బలాభివృద్ధినొందుచు ప్రయాణము చేయుదురు వారిలో ప్రతివాడును సీయోనులో దేవుని సన్నిధిని కనబడును. (:6,7)

c)  సైన్యములకధిపతివగు యెహోవా, నీయందు నమ్మికయుంచువారు ధన్యులు. (:12)
కారణమేమనగ, దేవుడైన యెహోవా సూర్యుడును కేడెమునై యున్నాడు. యెహోవా కృపయు ఘనతయు అనుగ్రహించును. యథార్థముగా ప్రవర్తించువారికి ఆయన యే మేలును చేయక మానడు. (:11)

మనము ఎంత మంచి, గొప్ప దేవుని సేవించుచున్నము! యథార్థముగా ప్రవర్తించుటకు  ఆయన మనకు సహాయము చేయును గాక!

A blessed life! (Notes from Psalm 84)

a)  Blessed are those who dwell in Your house;  they will still be praising You.  (: 4)
The living God's tabernacle is lovely(:1). A day in His courts is better than a thousand. (:10). Make Him the King and God of your personal life, by repenting of your sinful life, confessing your sins to Him, being washed in the precious blood of Jesus Christ and inviting Him into your life. So that you can dwell with Him forever in His house.

b)  Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, whose heart is set on pilgrimage. (:5)
As they pass through the Valley of Baca (valley of weeping) , they make it a spring; the rain also covers it with pools.  They go from strength to strength; Each one appears before God in Zion. (:6, 7). 

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Phil 4:13)

c) O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man who trusts in You!  (:12)

The reason is, the Lord God is a sun and shield; (gives direction and protection in life) ,  The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. (:11)

What a good and great God we serve!  May God enable us to walk uprightly.

దేవుని శత్రువులకు కలుగు దుర్గతి (కీర్తనలు 83 నుండి ధ్యానము)

శరీరానుసారమైన మనస్సు దేవునికి విరోధమైయున్నది;అది దేవుని ధర్మశాస్త్రమునకు లోబడదు, ఏమాత్రమును లోబడనేరదు.   కాగా శరీరస్వభావముగల వారు దేవుని సంతోషపరచనేరరు. (రోమా 8:7,8)

వ్యభిచారుణులారా, యీ లోకస్నేహము దేవునితో వైరమని మీ రెరుగరా? కాబట్టి యెవడు ఈ లోకముతో స్నేహము చేయగోరునో వాడు దేవునికి శత్రువగును. (యాకోబు 4:4)

దేవుని శత్రువులకు కలుగు దుర్గతి గురించి కీర్తనలు 83లో స్పష్ఠముగా వ్రాయబడియున్నది.

అట్టివారు నశించి, భూమికి పెంట అగుదురు. సుడి తిరుగు ధూళివలెను గాలి యెదుటి వగుడాకులవలెను  దేవుడు వారిని చేయును.  అగ్ని అడవిని కాల్చునట్లు కారుచిచ్చు కొండలను తగుల పెట్టునట్లు దేవుడు  తుపానుచేత వారిని తరుమును,  తన సుడిగాలిచేత వారికి భీతి పుట్టించును. వారికి పూర్ణావమానము కలుగజేయును.

వారు నిత్యము సిగ్గుపడి భీతి నొందుదురు. వారు భ్రమసి నశించుదురు. (:14-17)

 ఇందుకు వాస్తవ ఉదాహరణలుగా మిద్యాను, సీసెరా, యాబీను, ఓరేబు, జెయేబు, జెబహు, సల్మున్నాఅనువారు ఉన్నరు. (:9-11)

అయితే యేసుక్రీస్తు ప్రభువువారు కలువరి సిలువపై కార్చిన పరిశుద్ధ రక్తమువలన దేవుని ప్రజలుగా ఉన్నవారికి, దేవుడు ఆశ్రయముగా ఉండును. యెహోవా అను నామము ధరించిన ఆయన మాత్రమే సర్వలోకములో  మహోన్నతుడు. ఆయనకు నిరంతరము స్తొత్రములుకలుగును గాక!

Fate of the enemies of God (A summary notes of Psa 83)

The carnal mind is enmity against God (Rom 8:7)

...whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. (James 4:4)

The fate of enemies of God is clearly stated in Psalm 83.

They will be perished, become refuse on earth, (:10), made like whirling dust, like the chaff before the wind. (: 13)  As the fire burns the woods, and as the flame sets the mountains on fire so God pursues them with His tempest, and frighten them with His storm, their faces will be filled with shame, confounded and dismayed forever. (: 14 - 17)

Practical examples in the scriptures are listed : Midian,  Sisera,  Jabin,  Oreb and Zeeb, Zebah and Zalmunna. (: 9 - 12)

Whereas God's own people are sheltered by Himself through His shed Blood upon the Cross. What a privilege!  His Name alone is the Lord and He is the Most High over all the earth.

న్యాయముకొరకైన విజ్ఞప్తి (కీర్తనలు 82 నుండి ధ్యానము)

 పేదలకును తలిదండ్రులులేనివారికిని న్యాయము తీర్చుడి
శ్రమగలవారికిని దీనులకును న్యాయము తీర్చుడి. 
 దరిద్రులను నిరుపేదలను విడిపించుడి భక్తిహీనుల చేతిలోనుండి వారిని తప్పించుడి.
 జనులకు తెలివి లేదు వారు గ్రహింపరు వారు అంధకారములో ఇటు అటు తిరుగులాడుదురు
దేశమునకున్న ఆధారములన్నియు కదలుచున్నవి.
 మీరు దైవములనియు మీరందరు సర్వోన్నతుని కుమారులనియు నేనే సెలవిచ్చియున్నాను. (కీర్తనలు 82:3-6) 

దేవుడు ప్రేమ, కృప, దయ చూపుటయందు ఐశ్వర్యవంతుడు (2 కొరిం 8:9). ఆయన అందరికి తండ్రియైయున్నాడు.(ఎఫెస్సీ 4:6).  ఆయన మహా వివేకి, అధిక బలసంపన్నుడు (యోబు 9:4).

దేవునినుండి దూరముగా ఉన్నప్రతివారు ఆత్మీయముగా దరిద్రులు (పేదవారు), దిక్కులేనివారు, శ్రమగలవారు అని పరిశుద్ద గ్రంధము సెలవిచ్చుచున్నది.
వారు తెలివి,గ్రహింపులేనివారు, అవివేకములో నడచువారు, అస్థిరులు.

యేసు క్రీస్తు ప్రభువు రక్తము మనలను నీతిమంతులుగా తీర్చును, దుష్టునినుండి విడిపించును, నరకమునుండి తప్పించును.

దినదినము క్రీస్తు స్వరూపములొనికి మార్చబడుచున్న సర్వోన్నతుని కుమారులమైన మనము, నశించుచున్నవారికి సువార్త అందించుటద్వారా మరియు వారికొరకు విజ్ఞాపన చేయుటద్వారా దేవునియొక్క ఆశను నెరవేర్చగలము.

A plea for Justice (Notes from Psalm 82)

Psa 82: 3-6

Defend the poor and fatherless;

Do justice to the afflicted and needy.

Deliver the poor and needy;

Free them from the hand of the wicked.

They do not know, nor do they understand;

They walk about in darkness;

All the foundations of the earth are unstable.

 I said, “You are gods,

And all of you are children of the Most High."

God is rich in love, grace and mercy (2Cor 8:9). He is the Father of all (Eph 4:6) and Wise in heart and mighty in strength (Job 9:4). Anyone away from God is poor, fatherless, afflicted and needy.

        They lack knowledge, understanding. They walk in ignorance and are unstable.

 The Blood of Jesus Christ, defends, justifies, delivers and sets us free from the hand of the wicked.

 As the children of Mighty God, being transformed into His image, we are reminded to intercede and evangelize so that God's purpose is fulfilled.

God's desire for us (Psa 81)

We can find God's desire stated clearly in Psa 81:13

“Oh, that My people would listen to Me,
That Israel would walk in My ways! ..."

Our God is the one who speaks and leads.

Are we listening (demonstrating obedience) to God ? Are we walking (following) His ways ?

If so, we have God's wonderful promises to be inherited :


 I would soon subdue their enemies,
And turn My hand against their adversaries....

 He would have fed them also with the finest of wheat;
And with honey from the rock I would have satisfied you.”  (Psa 81:15,16)

Notes from Luke 14

 “If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple.

 And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple....

...whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple..."

Notes from Psalm 78

   

...He, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity,

And did not destroy them.

Yes, many a time He turned His anger away,

And did not stir up all His wrath;

 For He remembered that they were but flesh,

A breath that passes away and does not come again

    He made His own people go forth like sheep,

    And guided them in the wilderness like a flock;

    And He led them on safely, so that they did not fear;

    But the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

    And He brought them to His holy border,

    This mountain which His right hand had acquired.

    He also drove out the nations before them,

    Allotted them an inheritance by survey,

    And made the tribes of Israel dwell in their tents.

Yet they tested and provoked the Most High God,

And did not keep His testimonies,

 But turned back and acted unfaithfully like their fathers;

They were turned aside like a deceitful bow.

For they provoked Him to anger with their high places,

And moved Him to jealousy with their carved images.

The way to Holiness

“‘Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God’” (Matthew 5:8).

Throughout the history of the church, many have thought the best way to achieve spiritual purity and holiness is by living apart from the normal cares and distractions of the world and devoting oneself entirely to meditation and prayer. The problem with sin, however, is not primarily the world around us but the worldliness within us, which we cannot escape by living in isolation from other people.

But God always provides for what He demands, and He has provided ways for us to live purely.

First, we must realize that we are unable to live a single holy moment without the Lord’s guidance and power. “Who can say, ‘I have cleansed my heart, I am pure from my sin’?” (Prov. 20:9). The obvious answer is, “No one.” Cleansing begins with recognition of weakness, which in turn reaches out for the strength of God.

Second, we must stay in God’s Word. It is impossible to stay in God’s will apart from His Word. Jesus said, “You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you” (John 15:3).

Third, it is essential to be controlled by and walking in the will and way of the Holy Spirit. Galatians 5:16 says, “Walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.”

Fourth, we must pray. We cannot stay in God’s will or understand and obey His Word unless we stay near Him. With David we cry, “Create in me a clean heart, O God” (Ps. 51:10).

Begin to pursue the right ways to develop holiness in your life.


How is impurity showing itself most visibly in your heart—or perhaps disguising itself most subtly? Realize afresh that holy living is impossible outside of a living, active relationship with Christ and the ongoing enablement of the Holy Spirit. Commit yourself to surrendering all to follow Him in righteousness.
